Plain-English summary of how Hawkr handles information. Last updated 24 April 2026.

What we collect

We collect the information needed to run Hawkr: account details, authentication events, waitlist submissions, preferences, saved blackbook notes, product usage, and technical diagnostics. Racing fields, results, prices, scratchings, conditions, and related form data are product data, not personal data unless you add your own notes to it.

How we use it

We use this information to provide access, keep the product secure, remember your preferences, improve Hawk's answers, debug errors, understand demand, and contact waitlist users about availability. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics and infrastructure

Hawkr may use privacy-conscious analytics, hosting, database, cache, email, AI, and observability providers to operate the service. These providers process data for Hawkr under their own security and compliance controls.

AI processing

When you ask Hawk a question, relevant race context and your message may be sent to AI providers so the product can answer. Do not submit sensitive personal information in chat prompts or blackbook notes.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your account or waitlist entry. Some operational logs may be retained for security, audit, and reliability purposes.
