Practical terms for using Hawkr during closed beta. Last updated 24 April 2026.
Hawkr is a racing analysis and education product. It helps users interpret race context, form, market movement, conditions, and related information. It is not a bookmaker, wagering operator, financial adviser, or guaranteed tipping service.
Horse racing is uncertain. Hawkr may be incomplete, delayed, wrong, or affected by data-source errors. You are responsible for your own betting decisions and should never bet more than you can afford to lose.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape private endpoints, attack infrastructure, submit unlawful content, or use Hawkr in a way that harms other users, data providers, or the product.
Hawkr is currently in closed beta. Access may be limited, revoked, changed, or paused while the product is being tested. Features, limits, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
Race data, analysis, interface content, and Hawk responses are provided for personal use unless otherwise agreed. You retain responsibility for notes or prompts you submit. Do not submit sensitive personal information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hawkr is provided as-is and without warranties. Hawkr is not liable for betting losses, missed opportunities, data errors, outages, or decisions made from product output.
